Of what do the consoles die?

In this interesting article of Edge Online they do a revision for the most important consoles of the history and his motives for which they 'died' commercially speaking.

Nintendo Entertaiment System  

He lived from 1983-1995

Cause of the death: native

He lived from 1999 until 2001

Cause of the death: Peter Moore, supposedly

I already saw the article and the truth is that it is a cream it cremates. The Jaguar punishes one, I lodged hopes in that one chub console, although I praised to myself for the Saturn... that finished moribund.
